PNF technique®︎ is an abbreviation for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation.  Focusing on the action of sensory nerves and motor nerves in the body, this is an epoch-making therapy that uses the nerves to re-educate the muscles and joints that have become difficult to move without burdening the client.

As an image, the practitioner will operate the client's movement with light touch and guidance.  And the effects of stretching and myofascial release are also fused, and there are merits of range of motion improvement, pain relief, and performance improvement.

Since it is based on rehabilitation, we can approach a wide range of approaches from improving QOL to improving the competitiveness of all sports, and we will make the work of a sports trainer more concrete.
